Liquid Capital Holdings aims to respond to all information requests within thirty calendar days. If your request requires more time because, for example, the information sought is complex or wide in scope, Liquid Capital Holdings will contact you to explain the delay and, where possible, provide an estimated timeframe for its response.
For cases where a requester believes that a request for information from Liquid Capital Holdings has been unreasonably denied, or that Liquid Capital Holdings’s Access to Information Policy (AIP) has been interpreted incorrectly, Liquid Capital Holdings has established an appeals process.
Institutional Disclosures
In addition to project-level disclosures, Liquid Capital Holdings makes a range of institutional documents, policies, and information available to the public, including corporate governance information, Board proceedings, strategies, budgets and policies, financial information, and more. Institutional disclosures can be found under the Liquid Capital Holdings Corporate Disclosures section of the Liquid Capital Holdings Disclosure Portal.
In accordance with paragraph 18 of the Liquid Capital Holdings Access to Information Policy, Liquid Capital Holdings makes publicly available the following Board records at the end of the relevant deliberative process: Minutes of formal meetings of Liquid Capital Holdings’s Board of Directors (other than Executive Sessions); Minutes of Board Committee meetings; Summings-up of Board meetings and Committee of the Whole meetings; Annual Reports of Board Committees; and Reports to the Board from its Committees (Green Sheets), with deliberative or confidential information removed (summary portion of the Green Sheets), if a subsequent Board discussion is not expected. Board records related to joint proceedings with other World Bank Group institutions may be disclosed in accordance with the declassification provisions of the relevant institution’s access to information policy, subject to approval by Liquid Capital Holdings’s Board of Directors.
Liquid Capital Holdings’s Board Meeting Minutes are released after they have been cleared internally for accuracy and completeness and are posted within a defined timeframe following the meeting, usually within 30 days. For projects that operate under the “Delayed Disclosure” provision per paragraph 14 of the Liquid Capital Holdings Access to Information Policy (See ‘What is a “Delayed Disclosure”?’), the publication of the relevant Board meeting minutes is tied to the release date of the project information itself. If any of the projects considered at a given Board meeting fall under this provision, the release of that meeting’s minutes is postponed until all such projects have been disclosed.

Absolutely not. We never sell, share, or distribute your information to third parties, lead aggregators, or marketing companies. Your application data is used solely to evaluate and facilitate your funding request. No spam calls. No data auctions.
It stays with us. One team reviews it and one point of contact walks you through your options. We don't sell your information or shop your file out to third parties, so you won't get buried in follow-up calls from companies you never contacted.
Liquid Capital Holdings reports business-credit performance to commercial bureaus such as Paynet and D&B. Personal credit-bureau reporting depends on the product and whether a personal guarantee is attached; this is disclosed in your funding agreement.
Eligibility
Liquid Capital Holdings accepts personal credit scores as low as 500. We primarily underwrite based on your business revenue and cash flow, not your credit history. A lower credit score does not rule you out if your business generates consistent income.
Most Liquid Capital Holdings products require a minimum of 6 months in business. SBA loans and some term loan programs require 1–2 years. The key factor is consistent revenue generation during your operating history.
We generally require $15,000 or more in monthly business revenue. This is verified through your business bank statements. Some products (SBA loans, equipment financing) may have slightly higher minimums.
Yes. The majority of our clients have been turned down by traditional banks. Banks primarily evaluate credit scores and collateral. Liquid Capital Holdings primarily evaluates revenue and business performance, a fundamentally different approach that produces a fundamentally different answer.
Liquid Capital Holdings requires at least 6 months of operating history with verifiable revenue. Pre-revenue startups are not eligible for most programs. If you have been operating for less than 6 months but have strong revenue, contact us to discuss options.
Liquid Capital Holdings funds most legal industries. We specialize in restaurants, construction, healthcare, trucking, retail, and auto repair, but we are not limited to these verticals. Some restricted industries include firearms, adult entertainment, and cannabis (state-dependent).
Application process
The initial application takes just a few minutes. You will need your desired funding amount, basic business information, and contact details. No financial statements or tax returns are required at this stage.
No. The initial application triggers only a soft credit inquiry, which does not impact your credit score. A hard inquiry may occur only after you review and accept a specific funding offer.
For most products, we require 3–6 months of business bank statements and a valid government-issued ID. SBA loans require additional documentation including tax returns and financial statements.
Most applicants receive a preliminary offer within 2–5 working days of submitting a complete application with bank statements. Some offers are generated within minutes.
Liquid Capital Holdings works directly with business owners. If you are a CPA, attorney, or advisor referring a client, you are welcome to share our information with them, but the application must be submitted by an authorized owner of the business.
Products & Services
Liquid Capital Holdings offers revenue-based funding, term loans, business lines of credit, business cash advances, invoice factoring, equipment financing, bridge capital, SBA 7(a) loans, and same-day funding. The right product depends on your use of funds, time horizon, and qualification profile.
Ongoing operational capital with flexible qualification? Revenue-based funding. Predictable monthly payments? Term loan. Flexible access over time? Line of credit. Equipment purchase? Equipment financing. Long-term real estate or acquisition? SBA 7(a). Your funding specialist will recommend the best fit during application.
Yes. Many Liquid Capital Holdings clients carry a working-capital product alongside equipment financing or an SBA loan. Each product is underwritten independently, and stacking is evaluated based on overall debt service coverage.
Yes. Liquid Capital Holdings processes SBA 7(a) loans directly with expedited documentation. Typical closings are 45–90 days depending on application complexity and SBA queue times.
Both use factor rates and flexible repayment. Revenue-based funding is usually structured as a loan with fixed daily/weekly debits against total business revenue. A BCA is a purchase of future card receivables with daily remittance as a percentage of card settlements. BCAs fit card-heavy businesses; revenue-based funding fits broader revenue profiles.
